Rail Map Online<\/a> has been around since 2013 or so, but it only came to my attention recently. It\u2019s an interactive map of every rail line and station that has ever existed in Great Britain and Ireland<\/a>, with U.S. rail lines<\/a> in the pipeline. Keep in mind that it\u2019s a hobby project: \u201cThe U.K. map is mostly finished, although there\u2019s always room for improvement.
