The book\u2019s text is accompanied by a hundred or so of Berman\u2019s own maps, and is based on <a href=\"https:\/\/53studio.com\/collections\/lostsubways\">his series of maps of discontinued and proposed subway systems<\/a>: see the online <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lostsubways.com\/map-index\">index<\/a> for what made it into the book.
