This year\u2019s is especially dangerous for map lovers: I count more than 20 cartographic titles with discounts varying between 29 and 76 percent (the <a href=\"https:\/\/press.uchicago.edu\/dam\/jcr:c2769039-c9ad-4633-994a-c2b73f1eb7c7\/2024_Sale_Catalog_web.pdf\">PDF catalog<\/a> shows the discount more clearly), including several I\u2019ve previously reviewed (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maproomblog.com\/2017\/11\/picturing-america-the-golden-age-of-pictorial-maps\/\"><em>Picturing America<\/em><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maproomblog.com\/2017\/11\/the-red-atlas\/\"><em>The Red Atlas<\/em><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maproomblog.com\/2018\/11\/a-history-of-america-in-100-maps\/\"><em>A History of America in 100 Maps<\/em><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/reactormag.com\/a-literary-love-letter-to-maps-the-writers-map\/\"><em>The Writer\u2019s Map<\/em><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maproomblog.com\/2020\/02\/in-search-of-lost-islands\/\"><em>Phantom Islands<\/em><\/a>, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maproomblog.com\/2021\/10\/elsewhere-the-age-of-islands\/\">Elsewhere<\/a><\/em>).
